Cranberry Honey

This is premium, raw cranberry blossom honey from the honey bees who pollinate our cranberries on the farm.  Honestly, it’s the best honey you’ll ever taste.

Our honey comes straight from the bees that pollinate our cranberry blossoms! For every one acre of cranberry production, we have ten acres of support land, including pollinator gardens.

When honey crystallizes, it is still as nutritious and sweet as ever! In fact, the crystals prove that your honey is high quality and hasn't been processed. It means that nutritious pollen hasn't been filtered out and important enzymes haven't been damaged by pasteurization. This cranberry honey is all natural, 100% raw and unprocessed which means it could crystalize faster, especially in colder temperatures.

Crystallization only affects the texture, and is still perfectly safe - and delicious - to eat. To smooth your honey, simply heat the honey jar in a bowl of hot water or warm in the microwave.
