This is my favorite dish to bring to any summer event. It's quick, easy and so refreshing.
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar (Sugar substitute if Keto or Low Carb)
-2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Paper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (optional)
- 2 Heads of Broccoli, cut (or 2 Bags of Broccoli Slaw)
- 1/2 chopped Red Onion
- 1/2 chopped Sweet Red Pepper
- 3/4 Cup Ocean Spray Craisins
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Cashews
- 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1LB Bacon, fried, chilled, and pieced small
Mix dressing together and let chill. Combine salad ingredients and stir in dressing mixture until fully covered.
