Cranberry Balsamic Chicken

INGREDIENTS

- 6-8 Chicken Thighs with skin

Chicken Marinade:

- 1 Can Whole Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce

- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar

- ¼ Cup Olive Oil

- 2 tbsp Honey

- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves

- ¼ tea Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange things top-side down on a roasting pan.  Pour ½ to 2/3 of the marinade mixture on the chicken thighs, sprinkle with Italian Seasoning (Optional).  Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Flip chicken thigh right-side-up, top with remaining mixture, sprinkle with Italian Seasoning, and back for an additional 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees, or until completely done.  *For crispy skin, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
