Drinks with a Holiday Twist

The holiday season is here and we are adding a cranberry twist to some popular drinks!

Spiced Cranberry Old Fashioned

Cranberry simple syrup:

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

1 cup cranberries

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Boil until cranberries break down, strain, let cool.

1 ounce spiced cranberries simple syrup or cranberry juice cocktail

Two dashes cocktail betters

2 ounces bourbon or Brandy

Splash of club soda

Orange wedge and orange peel

Frozen cranberries, cinnamon stick for garnish

Muddle orange wedge, cocktail bitters, and cranberry syrup together.

Add ice cubes Brandy and club soda, stir for 20 seconds

Finish with orange Rhine, garnish and serve

Cranberry Spritzer Punch

8oz cranberry juice (or flavored cranberry juice)

8oz lemon lime soda

Mix equal parts cranberry juice and lemon lime soda, pour over ice and garnish with fruit and cranberries.

Cranberry Moscow Mule

4 ounce ginger beer

4 ounce cranberry juice cocktail

2 ounce vodka

One lime

Crushed ice

Frozen cranberries and rosemary sprig to garnish

Add 1 cup crushed ice into copper mug. Add ginger beer cranberry juice vodka and squeezed half lime into mug. Stir well for 30 seconds until combined. Garnish with cranberries lime wedge and Rosemary Sprig.
